Registration for this event includes access to the keynotes, sessions, all meals, and the Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Event.

*Government Rate Eligibility

The government rate is open to bona fide employees of a national/federal, state, provincial, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions. US and Canadian attendees registering under the government rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of government employment during check-in at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. Attendees outside the US and Canada registering under the government rate will be required to fax or e-mail proof of government employee status (copy of government photo ID or a letter on official government letterhead stating that they are an employee of that organization) to the Modern Finance Experience 2016 registration team in order to receive the discounted rate. Oracle may, at its sole discretion, charge the standard Modern Finance Experience 2016 conference rate to anyone not satisfying these requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received via an e-mail sent to registration@modernfinanceexperience.emp1.com by Friday, March 4, 2016. Cancellations made after March 4 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing authorization to us at registration@modernfinanceexperience.emp1.com.

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations must be received by Friday, March 4, 2016, 5:00 p.m. PT.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, March 4, 2016, 5:00 p.m. PT.
  • Refund policy does not apply to packages with no registration fees.
  • Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
  • Refunds will not be given to attendees who do not pick up their badge credentials onsite.
  • Oracle reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be requested by sending an e-mail to the Modern Finance Experience 2016 Registration Team at registration@modernfinanceexperience.emp1.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Friday, March 23, 2016. After this date, substitutions will be processed onsite with written approval by the original registrant, which may cause notable delay in the check-in process. Any substitutions on registrations using a priority code, complimentary or discount, will be subject to the existing Modern Finance Experience 2016 compliance process.
